LL97.ai powered by VertBuild is a new service offered by VertPro and Vert Energy Group. Their sole focus is helping building owners/managers in New York City to comply with Local Law 97 which comprises of at least 6 other Local Laws. They leverage AI to help determine potential fines for lack of compliance and to create a pathway for compliance.

Our owner Scott previously worked with Anthony as head of marketing for VertPro and Vert Energy Group. Scott decided he needed some additional work experience before launching full force into Werner Elements. Because of the great working relationship, Anthony offered him ongoing work to help build up his new service LL97.ai.
